📦 Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Must include original packaging, box, and accessories

• Invoice/Proof of purchase is required

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• Product is used, damaged, or scratched by customer

• Missing original packaging or accessories

• Return request is made after 7 days

🔄 Replacement Policy

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours

• Our team may ask for photo/video proof for verification

💰 Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved and received, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be issued to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store wallet (if applicable)

• If product is defective or wrong item received → We bear shipping cost

• If return is due to customer choice → Customer bears shipping charges
