REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition

1. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (by customer)

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or sale items

1. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

1. Replacement Policy

• Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no extra cost

• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

1. Refund Not Applicable
   Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

• Wrong product ordered by customer

• Minor color/design differences

• Delay caused by courier services
