Return & Exchange Policy

Returns 

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. 

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or have missing parts will not be eligible for return.

Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. -

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. -

  • In case of late or missing refunds, please check with your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items 

  • Opened consumables, hygiene-sensitive items, and digital/downloadable products. 

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence. 

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Exchange

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during delivery. -

  • To request an exchange, contact us with your order details and proof of damage.

Return Shipping -

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. 

  • If it is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
